As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of SMART Payment Plan, a payment solutions company serving automotive dealerships, Rod helped build and scale a business that grew to support more than 4,000 dealerships, serve over 2 million customers, and process more than $4 billion in payments.
That experience shapes the training: clear fundamentals, coached practice, real prospect conversations, and an applied sales project.
For people who would rather learn by trying, getting feedback, and improving than only hearing about sales in a classroom.

Weeks 1–3 focus on finding prospects: map local businesses, review their social presence, and prioritize outreach. Weeks 4–6 build confidence: write and practice the pitch, present it to your coach, then to friends and family. Weeks 7–9 build the pipeline through owner visits, business cards, cold calls, and follow-ups. Weeks 10–12 focus on delivery: sign agreements, create client-approved static ads, and publish them to agreed social channels.
